Getting started
How do I get started?
Send your details through the carrier form or call (626) 469-3727. Share your equipment type, MC number, preferred lanes and contact details.
Do I need an MC number?
Our carrier form asks for your MC number. Brokers use it to identify carriers and run credit checks.
Dispatch and loads
How does dispatch work?
You tell us your equipment, preferred lanes and requirements. Our dispatch team searches for suitable loads, negotiates with brokers and presents your options. You make the final decision before anything is booked.
What does my dispatcher do?
A dispatcher is the link between broker and carrier. Yours handles load information, negotiation, documentation and communication, and is your single point of contact.
Do you guarantee loads, rates or revenue?
No. Rates depend on the market, and we do not promise guaranteed loads, rates or revenue.
What does Tizy Trucking LLC charge?
Our fees depend on your requirements, the services you choose and your setup needs. We do not publish fixed prices. Contact us to discuss what you need and get relevant pricing.
Do you help with detention, TONU and layover charges?
Yes. We assist with detention charges, TONU (truck order not used) and layover charges.
Do you check brokers?
Yes. We run broker credit checks using the broker’s MC number.
What if I have no GPS or internet?
We can send directions by phone.
Equipment
Which equipment do you support?
Power Only, Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck and Box Truck.
Are there requirements for box trucks?
Box trucks must be 26–28 ft and able to haul in all 48 states.
Do you work with power-only trucks?
Yes. Power only means the truck itself without a trailer, either a day cab or a sleeper cab, with load-out or tow-away options.
Documents and payment
Which documents do I need?
Typically your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, CDL copy and truck and trailer number, plus an NOA if you use factoring or a voided check for quick pay.
How do I get paid?
Standard payment takes 30 days. Quick pay through the broker pays in 48–72 hours, with 7–9% deducted by the broker. A factoring company pays in 48–72 hours, with 2–3% deducted by the factoring company. These deductions are third-party charges, not Tizy Trucking LLC’s dispatch fees or guaranteed rates. Actual rates and eligibility depend on the relevant provider and your agreement with them.
What are a factoring company and an NOA?
A factoring company is a financial institution that pays carriers for their invoices. The notice of assignment (NOA) is the document it gives you.
