How it works
Nine steps from your first message to getting paid. You stay in control of every load.
The carrier process
Submit your details
Send your truck details through the carrier form or by phone.
Share your equipment, lanes and MC number
Tell us your equipment type, MC number, preferred lanes, contact details and when you want to start.
Provide your documents
Typically MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, a CDL copy and your truck and trailer number. Add an NOA if you use factoring, or a voided check for quick pay.
Get a dedicated dispatcher
One dispatcher becomes your single point of contact.
Review load options
Your dispatcher searches for suitable loads and shares the details: commodity, pick-up and drop-off locations and times, weight and rate.
You decide
We negotiate with the broker, then you make the final decision before anything is booked.
Load details confirmed in writing
Once you agree to a load, you receive the rate confirmation with the pick-up and drop-off locations, the agreed rate and your dispatcher’s details.
Haul, deliver, submit paperwork
You receive the bill of lading after loading. After delivery, the proof of delivery needs the shipper’s or receiver’s signature. An invoice follows.
Get paid
Standard payment in 30 days, quick pay through the broker, or a factoring company, depending on your setup.
Submitting your details does not guarantee approval. Rates, loads, results and timelines are not guaranteed.
What your dispatcher will ask you
About your truck
- How long you have had your MC
- The maximum weight you can carry (this can differ from the legal weight)
- How far you can deadhead
- Your door type and accessories
- Your preferred lanes
About each load
- The commodity and its weight
- Exact pick-up location and time
- Drop-off location and time
- The rate the broker is offering. We negotiate for a higher one
